I am an Independent Certified Personal Trainer/Group Fitness Coach. Evolving into the fitness industry as a bodybuilder for two years, my love for strength training grew. I personally became more holistically wrapped up in the fitness industry when it became a guiding light of therapy for my mental health. Following my light and passion lead me to become a group fitness instructor for 3 years. I then switched gears into personal/small group strength training at my favorite local gym in Albany, New York.
I am Certified through NCSF: National Council on Strength and Fitness. Expanding my knowledge, I pursued my Associates Degree in Exercise Science. I worked two Semesters as an Athletic Trainer at Hudson Valley Community College, working and understanding athletic injuries and rehabilitations.
I have the love for a variety of different forms of exercise that challenge my physical and mental needs. That's why I love to provide various skills and training for each client specifically, to ensure you achieve and maintain a continuous healthy lifestyle.
